Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with DDP air shipping (Delivered Duty Paid), which includes customs clearance and import taxes, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

  • Europe (EU): 12-15 business days

  • United States (US): 15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Information

  • Your order will be shipped via air freight to the destination country, then handed over to UPS/FEDEX/DHL for final delivery.

  • Tracking updates will only be available once UPS/FEDEX/DHL receives the package. You can check the status on their official websites using the provided tracking number.

  • No tracking is available during the initial air freight transit. Please allow time for the courier to scan and update the delivery progress.

Customs & Delays

  • Since we use DDP shipping (duties and taxes included), customers do not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

  • However, customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery. We cannot predict or control these delays but will assist if issues arise.

  • If you prefer faster shipping with full tracking, please contact our customer service for expedited commercial courier options (additional charges may apply).
