What does DDP include?

For orders expressly confirmed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the agreed total includes the goods, shipping, import taxes, duties, customs clearance and delivery to the agreed address. No additional fees are payable for that confirmed DDP order. Other shipping methods are not automatically DDP. Confirm the shipping terms before paying.

When will my order arrive?

Preparation time and transit time are confirmed in your quotation. Send your product or OE numbers, quantity per model, delivery country, postcode and required delivery date for a shipping quote. We reply within 1 business day. Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout.

How do I pay?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout based on your country, currency and device. Cards and PayPal are supported. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on eligible devices. Bancontact and iDEAL/Wero are available to eligible customers. Check the currency and final total at checkout before authorising payment.

Can I buy directly or request a trade quote?

Standard available products can be purchased directly online. For wholesale or customised orders, request a trade quote with product or OE numbers, quantity per model, destination country and postcode, and required delivery date. Wholesale minimum: 5 units per model. Mixed models are welcome with 5 units per model. Samples are available from 1 unit per model. Custom dimensions, drawings and specifications are welcome.

What are the wholesale payment terms?

Request a formal quotation and company invoice. Payment options include PayPal, Visa and T/T bank transfer, subject to the confirmed quotation. Order currency, shipping terms, lead time, deposit and balance requirements are confirmed in the quotation before payment. Use the payment instructions supplied with your confirmed order.

What if payment fails or verification is cancelled?

Return to checkout in the same browser and check your items and address before retrying. Follow the bank verification prompt or select another available payment method. If payment status is unclear, check for an order confirmation and contact us before paying again. Never send card details or security codes by email or WhatsApp.

The catalyst reacts based on exhaust temperature. For best performance, install within 50cm of the engine.

How to choose the right metal catalyst?

• Always select according to your vehicle's original dimensions

How to distinguish between family cars and performance vehicles?

• Family car: Less than 125HP/liter

• Performance vehicle: More than 125HP/liter

What precautions should be taken before DPF installation?

I. DPF Handling Specifications

Handle with care

▶ Cordierite material is highly brittle - no impact or dropping!

▶ Always support from bottom, never lift by sensors or pipes.

No hammering

▶ Absolutely no hammering, prying or forced installation!

▶ Deformation/cracks will void warranty.

II. System Compatibility Check (Engine + Exhaust)

Mandatory backpressure inspection

▶ Must check before installation:

• Turbocharger oil leakage ✅

• Exhaust pipe dents/blockages (especially catalytic converter) 🔺

• EGR valve sticking or cooler carbon buildup ✅

▶ Abnormal backpressure causes:

→ DPF regeneration failure 🔺

→ Substrate melting/cracking 🔺

Engine health requirements

• Fix oil burning, injector leaks, cylinder misfires

• Installing DPF with existing issues = immediate clogging!

III. Installation Standards

Sealing & Compatibility

• Ensure gaskets are intact + sealing surfaces oil-free (leaks cause pressure fluctuations) 🔺

• Part number must 100% match vehicle/engine model

Sensor Protection

• Prevent wire strain and connector contamination

• Must calibrate differential pressure sensor with diagnostic tool (critical for backpressure monitoring) 🔺

Differences between Vanadium/ Iron/ Copper-based SCR catalysts?

1. Vanadium-based (V₂O₅-WO₃/TiO₂)

Active component: Vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅) on titanium dioxide (TiO₂) with tungsten (WO₃) for thermal stability.

Temperature range:

300–400°C (medium-high), ideal for coal plants, industrial boilers.

Features:

• High NOₓ conversion (>90%)

• Low sulfur resistance (SO₂ oxidizes to SO₃)

• Toxic components require careful disposal

2. Iron-based (Fe-ZSM-5 etc.)

Active component: Iron oxides/ions on zeolite molecular sieves.

Temperature range:

250–450°C (medium-high), weaker at low temps.

Features:

• Better sulfur tolerance

• Non-toxic, easier disposal

• Requires higher temps for efficiency

3. Copper-based (Cu-SSZ-13, Cu-ZSM-5)

Active component: Copper ions on small-pore zeolites.

Temperature range:

200–500°C (wide), excels at 200–300°C.

Features:

• Excellent low-temperature performance

• High resistance to sulfur/water poisoning

• Stable up to 550°C

What does 10g/cft.Pt and 20g/cft.Pt mean?

g/cft.Pt:

g = grams (mass)

cft = cubic feet (1 cft ≈ 28.3 liters)

Pt = Platinum (active component in DOCs)

Definition: Platinum loading per cubic foot of catalyst substrate.

Examples:

• 10g/cft.Pt = 10 grams platinum per cubic foot

• 20g/cft.Pt = higher platinum loading

10g/cft.Pt:

For lower emissions standards (e.g., Euro V) or cost-sensitive applications.

20g/cft.Pt:

For strict standards (Euro VI), heavy-duty vehicles, or extended lifespan requirements.

What is SDPF?

SDPF (SCR-coated Diesel Particulate Filter) integrates SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DPF functions into one unit, primarily used to meet strict emissions standards like Euro 6.
