Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition - unused, unworn, with tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required
- Certain items are exempt from returns (see exceptions below)
To initiate a return, please contact us at svipcatcatalytics@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Incorrectly ordered car model sizes
- Products damaged due to illegal modifications or improper installation
- Catalysts with welding defects or installation-caused leaks
- Sale items and gift cards
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping Policy
We utilize DDP air shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) which includes all customs clearance and import taxes:
- UK Delivery: 8-12 business days
- EU Delivery: 12-15 business days
- US Delivery: 15 business days
Tracking information becomes available once your package is transferred to our local courier partners (UPS/FEDEX/DHL). Please note:
- Initial air freight transit does not provide tracking
- Customs inspections may cause unexpected delays
- DDP means no additional fees will be charged upon delivery
