Essential conditions for efficient operation
1. Temperature requirements:
Ignition temperature: Optimum catalytic temperature about 350°C ，1100°C is the operating temperature，The instantaneous temperature can withstand 1400°C
The vehicle shortens the warm-up time through a close-coupled design (close to the engine).
2. Fuel quality:
Leaded fuel will cause the catalyst to "poison" and fail, and unleaded gasoline must be used.
3. Engine health:
Misfires, burning oil and other problems will accelerate the clogging or sintering of the catalyst
