Silicon Carbide (SiC): A high-performance ceramic material with extremely high thermal stability and mechanical strength, replacing traditional cordierite ceramics or metal carriers.
DOC: Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, which reduces HC, CO and some PM in exhaust gas through oxidation reaction.
Characteristics
Material Characteristics:
High temperature resistance: Silicon carbide can withstand high temperatures above 1000°C for a long time, and instantaneous temperature resistance can reach 1400°C (better than cordierite ceramics).
High thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is more than 5 times that of cordierite, and the heat distribution is uniform, reducing the risk of local overheating.
Chemical inertness: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and resistant to common poisons in exhaust gas such as sulfur and phosphorus.
Structural characteristics:
Porous structure: The surface of the carrier is coated with a high specific surface area alumina coating, loaded with precious metal catalysts such as platinum (Pt) and palladium (Pd).
Low thermal expansion coefficient: not easy to crack at high temperature, excellent thermal shock resistance.
Function
Core function:
Oxidation of harmful components in exhaust gas:
HC (hydrocarbon) → H₂O + CO₂
CO (carbon monoxide) → CO₂
SOF (soluble organic matter) → Reduce particulate matter (PM) emissions.
Generate NO₂: Oxidize part of NO to NO₂, assist DPF passive regeneration (NO₂ reacts with soot to generate CO₂ and N₂).
Auxiliary function:
Protect downstream components (such as SCR catalyst) from unburned HC or CO pollution.
Reduce exhaust odor (oxidation of sulfur compounds, etc.).
Advantages
High temperature stability:
Suitable for high-load diesel engines (such as heavy trucks, construction machinery), to avoid carrier melting or sintering.
Long life:
Strong resistance to thermal aging, 30%~50% longer life than ceramic DOC under harsh working conditions.
Efficient catalysis:
High thermal conductivity enables the catalyst to quickly reach the operating temperature, improving the conversion efficiency during the cold start phase.
System compatibility:
Can be integrated with post-treatment systems such as DPF and SCR, especially suitable for DPF systems that require high-temperature regeneration.
Environmental protection:
Reduce the risk of precious metal leakage due to carrier failure (silicon carbide carrier is more stable).

Shipping Policy
We utilize DDP air shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) which includes all customs clearance and import taxes:
- UK Delivery: 8-12 business days
- EU Delivery: 12-15 business days
- US Delivery: 15 business days
Tracking information becomes available once your package is transferred to our local courier partners (UPS/FEDEX/DHL). Please note:
- Initial air freight transit does not provide tracking

I. DPF Handling Specifications
Handle with care
▶ Cordierite material is highly brittle - no impact or dropping!
▶ Always support from bottom, never lift by sensors or pipes.
No hammering
▶ Absolutely no hammering, prying or forced installation!
▶ Deformation/cracks will void warranty.
II. System Compatibility Check (Engine + Exhaust)
Mandatory backpressure inspection
▶ Must check before installation:
• Turbocharger oil leakage ✅
• Exhaust pipe dents/blockages (especially catalytic converter) 🔺
• EGR valve sticking or cooler carbon buildup ✅
▶ Abnormal backpressure causes:
→ DPF regeneration failure 🔺
→ Substrate melting/cracking 🔺
Engine health requirements
• Fix oil burning, injector leaks, cylinder misfires
• Installing DPF with existing issues = immediate clogging!
III. Installation Standards
Sealing & Compatibility
• Ensure gaskets are intact + sealing surfaces oil-free (leaks cause pressure fluctuations) 🔺
• Part number must 100% match vehicle/engine model
Sensor Protection
• Prevent wire strain and connector contamination
• Must calibrate differential pressure sensor with diagnostic tool (critical for backpressure monitoring) 🔺

Active component: Vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅) on titanium dioxide (TiO₂) with tungsten (WO₃) for thermal stability.
Temperature range:
300–400°C (medium-high), ideal for coal plants, industrial boilers.
Features:
• High NOₓ conversion (>90%)
• Low sulfur resistance (SO₂ oxidizes to SO₃)
• Toxic components require careful disposal
2. Iron-based (Fe-ZSM-5 etc.)
Active component: Iron oxides/ions on zeolite molecular sieves.
Temperature range:
250–450°C (medium-high), weaker at low temps.
Features:
• Better sulfur tolerance
• Non-toxic, easier disposal
• Requires higher temps for efficiency
3. Copper-based (Cu-SSZ-13, Cu-ZSM-5)
Active component: Copper ions on small-pore zeolites.
Temperature range:
200–500°C (wide), excels at 200–300°C.

• Excellent low-temperature performance
• High resistance to sulfur/water poisoning
• Stable up to 550°C
