SCR system
Function: Selective catalytic reduction, using urea to convert NOx into N₂ and H₂O
Features: NOx is reduced by more than 90%, urea injection system is required, working temperature is 250-450℃
Substrate: Vanadium-based or copper-based molecular sieve
SCR+ASC system(PT coating at the rear 2-3in)
Function: Add ammonia slip catalyst on the basis of SCR
Features: Double purification of NOx+NH₃, more complex system

Function: Ammonia slip catalyst, oxidizing NH₃ to N₂ and H₂O
Features: Need to be used with SCR, working temperature is above 150℃

Active ingredients: V₂O₅/WO₃/TiO₂
Applicable scenarios: traditional SCR system
Advantages: good high temperature stability, strong sulfur resistance

Active ingredients: Cu/zeolite
Applicable scenarios: Euro6 commonly used
Advantages: good low temperature activity, non-toxic
Disadvantages: easy to sinter at high temperature

Active ingredients: Fe/zeolite
Applicable scenarios: high temperature SCR system
Advantages: high temperature resistance, low cost
