Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition - unused, unworn, with tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required

We utilize DDP air shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) which includes all customs clearance and import taxes:

I. DPF Handling Specifications
Handle with care
▶ Cordierite material is highly brittle - no impact or dropping!
▶ Always support from bottom, never lift by sensors or pipes.
No hammering
▶ Absolutely no hammering, prying or forced installation!
▶ Deformation/cracks will void warranty.
II. System Compatibility Check (Engine + Exhaust)
Mandatory backpressure inspection
▶ Must check before installation:
• Turbocharger oil leakage ✅
• Exhaust pipe dents/blockages (especially catalytic converter) 🔺
• EGR valve sticking or cooler carbon buildup ✅
▶ Abnormal backpressure causes:
→ DPF regeneration failure 🔺
→ Substrate melting/cracking 🔺
Engine health requirements
• Fix oil burning, injector leaks, cylinder misfires
• Installing DPF with existing issues = immediate clogging!
III. Installation Standards
